Please note that we’re trying our best to nail down the exact details of every aspect of the DLD ‘10 event. Hopefully this FAQ can answer many of your questions. Please note that specific details of the DLD ‘10 event can and may change without notice. We will be doing our level best to keep this page as up to date as possible.
We appreciate your questions and comments but please keep in mind that we’re swamped with simply trying to meet our production schedule of Dark Lord, and it’s very time consuming to try to put everyone’s mind at rest by answering every little question. So PLEASE read this FAQ entirely before posting questions or comments. If you feel that we’ve missed a major issue or details, then you can feel free to touch base with us.

- Dark Lord Day is an ADULT ONLY event a STRICT 21 and over policy will be adhered to.
- The event will take place on Saturday, April 24th.
- The only way to ensure that you’ll get some Darklord is to purchase a ticket online. The proceeds from the sale of these tickets go to a local charity.
- These tickets will go on sale on March 17th. The time of the sale is yet to be announced.
- We will announce the sales details of the tickets on Twitter followed by posts on the Darklord day web site as well as the Rate Beer and Beer Advocate web sites.
- You don’t need a ticket to attend the fest. It’s a free event with live music and plenty of Three Floyds beers available for purchase as well as some very special guest beers.
- Darklord sales for ticket holders will be from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm CST on the day of the event.
- Ticket sales will be limited to 2 per person and 4 per household to ensure that everyone has a chance to get some Darklord
- The bottle limit will be announced as soon as we determine this year’s yield. We limit the amount a guest can buy so more people will be able to enjoy and share the beer.
- The proceeds from ticket sales will benefit several local charities.
- Some of the bands playing are Imperial Battlesnake and Sybaris. The rest we cant yet disclose, but they’ll be a blast to see.
- The brewery will provide some parking, but we are in a business park that isn’t set up for this kind of crowd. Carpool if you can and please respect our neighbors property.
- The brewery is located at 9750 Indiana Pkwy, Munster, In. 46321
- THIS EVENT IS CASH ONLY. ATMs will be provided for those that don’t want to travel with cash.
- There are some buses being organized by local bars, but none by Three Floyds.
- We allow people to bring limited amounts of beer for trading and sampling with other beer lovers. The idea is to celebrate craft beer not have a raging kegger. Please no kegs and be respectful of the event.
- There are several hotels in the area. The closest is The Hampton Inn of Munster.
- There is no space for camping. Again, we are in a business park.
